Judging consists of 3 stages:
Pre-selection. Jury performs an online pre-selection of the best entries. Works receiving at least one vote move on to the Stage 2.
Timeframe: October 14, 2013 – October 21, 2013.
Short-list. During a live meeting, judges discuss all the works selected after Stage 1. The works that get most votes based on Stage 1 and Stage 2 combined results are included on the shortlist. International judges will participate in the discussion via Skype
Timeframe: October 22, 2013 – October 31, 2013.
Winners. Following the public presentation, all projects are evaluated by the Awards Jury based on the predefined criteria. After that, Jury holds a meeting to discuss the results, nominate works for appropriate awards, chose the Grand-Prix, and award special diplomas. On the same day, winners receive their awards during the Awards Ceremony.

- Efficiency, performance indicators
- Campaign’s quality
- Compliance with client’s goals / brand strategy
The Awards Jury is made up of an equal amount of agencies’ and companies’ representatives – top industry professionals from Ukraine and other countries.
